Allergy Territory Account Specialist – Las Vegas, NV / Fresno, CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to generate local insights and lead impactful virtual/in-person customer engagements.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years (or complex sales environments such as medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B).
- Proven high performance navigating and selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytic, ethical self-starter who can apply information to solve customer problems.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access/buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is essential: must have a fully valid/unrestricted driver’s license.
