Territory Account Specialist (TAS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to generate pull-through and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems urgently and cross-functionally.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales) with geographically dispersed teams within the last 5 years; associate-level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliant leadership.
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60β80% and drive/fly as needed; valid driverβs license.
Preferred:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling to HCPs.
Driving is essential; fully valid, unrestricted driverβs license required.
Benefits/Compensation (US eligible):
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity awards (level-dependent).
- Salary range by level: Associate $77,000β$143,000; TAS $93,800β$174,200; Senior $119,700β$222,300; Executive $132,300β$245,700.
