Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set KPI cadence and accountability.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, enabling others to act, and improving processes.
- Monitor and mentor to ensure effective orchestration of the total account call and follow-through on customer needs.
- Develop and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize experience and product demand.
- Serve on regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Maintain a customer-centric, high-performance culture focused on results, speaking up, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Use knowledge of clinical, access, reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel tools to develop team members.
- Leverage analytics to identify risks/opportunities and guide resource deployment (field meetings, total office calls, omni-channel, partners).

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager with strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Leadership success developing/retaining diverse talent; driving sales growth; leading cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience leading field organizations through change/innovation/growth valued.
- Reside in territory or within 100 miles; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience leading teams promoting to large practices/hospitals/IDNs/SoC; knowledge of reimbursement (outpatient and inpatient).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary ranges by level (ABL I: $145.6k–$270.4k; ABL II: $160.3k–$297.7k; Senior ABL: $176.4k–$327.6k). Performance cash incentive; potential equity; health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, time off.

Training:
- Must complete initial training (including home study; ≀8 hours/day and ≀40 hours/week).
