Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists to deliver strategic sales objectives and KPI accountability.
- Model leadership behaviors: set clear expectations, promote accountability, enable others to act, and improve processes.
- Monitor/mentor Territory Account Specialists to orchestrate total account call effectiveness; coordinate resource deployment to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Serve on the regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Drive a customer-centric, high-performance culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and learning.
- Use clinical, access, reimbursement, territory management knowledge and omni-channel marketing tools to coach the team.
- Leverage analytics to identify risk/opportunity and ensure appropriate deployment of face-to-face meetings, omni-channel resources, total office calls, and partners.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager with strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Proven success attracting/developing diverse talent; driving sales growth and cross-functional partnerships in complex, multi-regional environments.
- Experience managing field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Ability to reside within territory or within 100 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license (driving is essential).
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience leading teams in promotion to large practices/hospitals/IDNs and SoC customers; reimbursement understanding (outpatient and inpatient).
