Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team; set and manage KPI accountability and performance.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, enabling others, and improving processes.
- Monitor and mentor Territory Account Specialists to orchestrate total account calls and coordinate resources to meet customer needs.
- Develop and cultivate customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Serve on the regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Champion a customer-centric, results-oriented culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical, access and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing tools.
- Use analytics to identify risk/opportunity and guide resource deployment (face-to-face, omni-channel, total office calls, cross-functional partners).
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager; leadership experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales environments).
- Demonstrated success developing diverse talent; proven ability to drive growth and lead cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience managing field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Must reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable:
- Experience leading teams into large practices/hospitals/IDNs/SoC; reimbursement knowledge (out-patient and in-patient).
