Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set and manage KPIs and performance cadence.
- Model expected behaviors; promote accountability; challenge status quo to optimize processes.
- Monitor and mentor to ensure Territory Account Specialists orchestrate total account calls and effectively deploy resources to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Participate in regional leadership to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Build a customer-centric performance culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical, access, reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing tools; mentor through field contacts and 1:1 sessions.
- Use analytics to guide decisions and identify risk/opportunity; ensure effective deployment of face-to-face meetings, omni-channel resources, total office calls, and partner engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 2+ yearsโ experience as a first-line sales manager with strong strategic/enterprise mindset.
- Leadership success attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent; building high-performing teams.
- Proven sales growth, cross-functional partnership, and strategic execution in complex, multi-regional environments.
- Experience leading field organizations through change/innovation/growth (highly valued).
- Desirable: Experience leading teams promoting to large practices/hospitals/IDNs & SoC; understanding reimbursement for outpatient and inpatient.
- Required: Reside within the territory or within 100 miles of the border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
