Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set KPIs and ensure accountability.
- Model the way with clear expectations, accountability, and process improvement.
- Monitor and mentor team performance by orchestrating total account calls and coordinating resource deployment to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute a customer-centric business plan with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Support regional leadership goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Build a customer-centric, results-oriented culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and βfail forward.β
- Use expertise in clinical, access and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing tools; leverage analytics to identify risks/opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager; strategic thinking and enterprise mindset; leadership of large, geographically dispersed field sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to attract/develop/retain diverse talent and build high-performing teams.
- Proven sales growth, cross-functional leadership, and execution in complex, multi-regional environments.
- Residence within the territory or within 100 miles of the border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
- Driving is essential.
Desirable:
- Experience leading sales to large practices, hospitals, IDNs, and SoC customers, including outpatient and inpatient reimbursement knowledge.
