Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set and supervise KPIs.
- Model accountability, set clear expectations, and improve processes by challenging the status quo.
- Monitor and mentor effective “total account call” orchestration by planning, communicating, and ensuring follow-through.
- Develop and implement customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Support regional leadership goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Provide clinical and resource messaging via in-field interactions; collaborate with Healthcare Providers, Key Accounts, and Systems of Care (SoC).
- Use analytics to identify risks/opportunities and guide deployment of omni-channel and face-to-face resources.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Leadership experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales); 2+ years first-line sales manager experience with strategic/enterprise mindset.
- Demonstrated success building high-performing, diverse teams.
- Proven sales growth and cross-functional partnership execution.
- Experience leading field orgs through change/growth (highly valued).
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience leading teams supporting large practices, hospitals, IDNs/SoC and understanding out-/in-patient reimbursement.
