This is a field-based and remote leadership role supporting a sales team across an assigned geography. The Area Business Leader (ABL) directs a team of Territory Account Specialists to deliver tailored customer experiences and clinical dialogue that drive patient outcomes. They mentor cross-functional collaboration with Healthcare Providers, Key Accounts, and Systems of Care to align priorities, deliver clinical value, and position Novartis as a preferred customer partner.
