Allergy Access & Reimbursement Manager-Midwest

Role: The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based and remote role supporting healthcare providers and accounts to improve patient access to therapies through education, reimbursement navigation, and program support. Objectives include resolving reimbursement challenges, analyzing healthcare trends, and integrating support programs into account workflows. Responsibilities encompass partnering with providers and billing teams, guiding on coverage and billing issues, monitoring payer policy changes, supporting patient assistance programs, and developing account-specific access plans. The role also involves building relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders and sharing market insights internally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, managed care, or related healthcare fields; experience with specialty pharmacy, injection networks, and buy-and-bill pathways; strong knowledge of coding, billing, and reimbursement processes; and the ability to travel 60-80%.
