Allergy Access & Reimbursement Manager-Midwest

Role: The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based and remote position supporting healthcare providers and accounts within an assigned territory to optimize patient access to therapies through education, reimbursement navigation, and support program implementation. Responsibilities: Partner with providers, billing teams, and stakeholders to address access, reimbursement, and coverage challenges; deliver training on reimbursement processes and patient support programs; assist with product acquisition, prior authorizations, and claims issues; monitor healthcare policy changes; support patient assistance and co-pay programs; develop account-specific access plans; and build relationships with non-prescribing stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare roles; experience with specialty pharmacy, coding, billing, and claims; familiarity with buy-and-bill pathways and provider-administered therapies; valid driver’s license with ability to travel 60-80%.
