Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver AI literacy initiatives reaching employees at all levels, initially focusing on certification programs and large-scale social learning events.
- Lead cross-functional planning/coordination of AI literacy programs with product, technology, communications, and responsible AI teams; ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines and responsible AI policies.
- Create change enablement initiatives and integrate AI into business processes to drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and decision-making.
- Implement tailored education programs and develop training modules for leaders and partners.
- Organize and deliver events (e.g., AI Symposiums, Digital Learning Days, Hackathons); collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns.
- Lead stakeholder mapping, management, and inclusion; create enterprise-ready content to communicate AIโs value.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness using adoption, engagement, capability, and business impact metrics.
- Understand when/how to apply generative AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 5 years of AI or technology education or Go-to-Market experience
OR
- Masterโs + 8 years of AI or technology education or Go-to-Market experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years leading large-scale AI/technology transformation in complex Fortune 500 environments; Agile/PMP/Prosci preferred.
- Strong L&D/GTM technology program execution; adult learning theory or learning experience design.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Lovable); ability to build Custom GPTs/agents/automations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; executive-level reporting experience.
- Independent yet collaborative; strong leadership for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in โstartup modeโ
