AI Literacy Manager

Role: AI Literacy Manager responsible for developing and managing Amgen's global AI literacy programs to enhance employee understanding and responsible application of AI. Primary objectives include increasing AI fluency, fostering AI adoption, and integrating responsible AI practices across the organization. Responsibilities encompass designing and delivering enterprise-wide AI education initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, technology, communications, Responsible AI), and conducting cultural transformation efforts to embed AI into workflows. The role involves planning large-scale events, stakeholder management, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to governance policies. Requirements: Doctorate with 5+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in AI or technology education, GTM, or related fields; experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation projects, preferably in complex or biopharma settings; strong communication, leadership, and change management skills; familiarity with generative AI tools and digital transformation trends. Preferred qualifications include project management certifications (PMP, Prosci), experience in adult learning design, AI product lifecycle knowledge, and proficiency in AI-enabled enablement tools. The role demands an innovative, autonomous leader capable of navigating ambiguity within a large organization, with a focus on promoting AI literacy aligned with Responsible AI principles.
