Preferred qualifications include project management certifications (PMP, Prosci), experience in adult learning design, AI product lifecycle knowledge, and proficiency in AI-enabled enablement tools. The role demands an innovative, autonomous leader capable of navigating ambiguity within a large organization, with a focus on promoting AI literacy aligned with Responsible AI principles.
