AI & Intelligent Systems Enablement Manager

Role: AI & Intelligent Systems Enablement Manager, serving as a strategic advisor on AI and digital maturity to enhance operational performance at a biopharma manufacturing site. Responsibilities: design and develop AI solutions, assess data quality, identify digital process improvements, advise on AI strategy and roadmaps, guide project scoping, deliver AI training, ensure governance and responsible AI adoption, monitor emerging AI technologies, and evaluate tools for site-specific deployment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 4 years' experience; or higher degrees with corresponding experience. Skills include hands-on AI/ML solution development, experience with large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and data quality assessment; proficiency in SQL; familiarity with site operational systems; strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
