AI Digital Product Sr Manager – AI Studio
What You Will Do
- Lead a cross-functional product team that rapidly discovers, builds, launches, and scales AI-powered solutions to accelerate scientific discovery, streamline R&D workflows, and improve enterprise decision making.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into production-ready enterprise applications; balance rapid experimentation with enterprise quality in 2–6 month delivery cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead AI Product Strategy and Delivery: Own strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for a portfolio of AI applications and intelligent agents.
- Drive Customer Discovery: Partner with scientists, researchers, stakeholders, and end users to identify high-value AI opportunities and improve products via user research and rapid prototyping.
- Bridge Business and Technology: Translate business needs into product requirements and collaborate with engineering, AI engineering, data science, UX, and external partners.
- Deliver and Scale AI Products: Move products from opportunity discovery to enterprise deployment; build reusable patterns ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost effectiveness.
- Measure Success: Own product KPIs (adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, model quality, reliability, latency, business impact).
Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading digital AI products (strategy/roadmaps) and measuring product success.
- Technical fluency across AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development.
- Ability to collaborate across software engineering, AI engineering, data science, UX, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Master’s + 6 years IT systems experience OR Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Diploma + 12 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years product management; 5+ years delivering AI/ML, enterprise software, or digital products.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and ML productization.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/Databricks/OpenAI/MLflow or comparable platforms.
- Familiarity with biotechnology/pharmaceutical/lab/clinical/scientific workflows.
