AI Digital Product Sr Manager – Agentic Platform (REMOTE)
What You Will Do
- Lead strategy, execution, and evolution of Amgen’s Enterprise Agentic Ecosystem Platform.
- Own product strategy for a secure, cloud-native AI platform (reusable services, SDKs, APIs, orchestration, developer tooling, observability, governance).
- Act as Product Manager in Agile; ensure customer needs and strategic alignment.
- Drive reusable capabilities: agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, model routing, identity, observability, deployment services, governance.
- Simplify AI agent development via SDKs/APIs/templates, documentation, reference implementations, self-service, and internal tooling; translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end AI initiative lifecycle from discovery through enterprise scale; optimize reliability, scalability, latency, and inference cost.
- Own platform health/adoption metrics (usage, active builders, developer experience, model quality, reliability, latency, cost efficiency, Responsible AI compliance, customer satisfaction).
- Drive Responsible AI and Quality: governance, guardrails, evaluation standards, and policy enforcement; define evaluation frameworks for quality/safety/reliability/latency/hallucination risk/cost and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading products, defining roadmaps, tracking success.
- Strong technical fluency with cloud-native platforms; collaborate with engineering/AI/platform/architects/data scientists/business; critical thinking, problem solving, communication.
- MS with 6 years OR BS with 8 years OR Diploma with 12 years in Product/AI/Information/Tech Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years product management; 5+ years delivering AI/ML or developer/cloud/enterprise software products.
- Experience with enterprise AI/developer platforms, platform-as-a-product/shared capabilities.
- Strong LLM/AI agents/RAG/orchestration/model serving/AI evaluation/ML productization knowledge.
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, AutoGen (or comparable).
- Cloud-native architectures, APIs/SDKs, microservices, event-driven systems.
- Measure developer experience, adoption, analytics, and platform health.
- Experience with Responsible AI/security/privacy/governance/compliance (guardrails, policy enforcement, evaluation).
- Exec communication to senior leadership.
- Hands-on experimentation/telemetry/observability/customer feedback.
