Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Consult with functional areas to understand business needs and how changing needs affect the system; recommend system evolution.
- Influence users on system inputs/processes/outputs; research and analyze system problems.
- Develop business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling; negotiate plans and trade-offs.
- Review and route system change requests; develop detailed implementation specifications; communicate changes/issues to management.
- Maintain accurate system documentation; coordinate/perform testing of system modifications (validated and non-validated).
- Provide systems expertise; support user training and educational tools/materials; coordinate with Purchasing Systems Manager on planning/scheduling/resource allocation.
- Produce requirements for mainframe reports, timelines, and graphics; create reports from client databases for user requests, ad-hoc reporting, data sampling, project analysis, and testing verification.
- Monitor and audit system use; execute system control practices and purchasing procedures for regulatory/compliance.
- Support purchasing systems that impact purchasing processes across mainframe, Lotus Notes, and stand-alone/divisional interfaced applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and 2 yearsโ experience, or Masterโs degree in Information Systems or related field (required).
- Experience developing, implementing, and operating large-scale enterprise systems.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
