We are building a team that develops AI agents to solve real security problems—detection, triage, response, risk assessment, and policy enforcement. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will design, build, test, and ship agentic AI systems that operate within our security stack.

Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI agents that automate security workflows: threat detection, alert triage, incident response, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring
- Integrate large language models and other AI/ML capabilities with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, cloud security platforms)
- Develop and maintain agent orchestration pipelines (prompt engineering, tool integration, evaluation frameworks)
- Write Python (primarily) to build, test, and iterate on agent systems
- Instrument agents with logging, monitoring, and metrics to measure effectiveness against security operations KPIs
- Participate in adversarial testing to identify failure modes, edge cases, and security vulnerabilities in agent behavior
- Collaborate to translate research concepts into production-ready systems
- Contribute to agentic AI security policy, standards, technical guidance, and best practices
- Contribute to security position papers on emerging technologies and to an AI Cybersecurity Maturity program

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s in CS/Cybersecurity/related with 7 years; or Master’s with 6 years; or PhD with 2 years
- Experience in cybersecurity/software engineering (or closely related)
- Strong Python; hands-on security operations (threat intelligence, detection engineering, incident response, cloud, or application security)
- Hands-on agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Aider)
- Working knowledge of LLMs and AI/ML concepts; shipped with them
- Experience integrating APIs and building data pipelines
- Familiarity with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, cloud security tools)
- Experience building/s shipped AI agents or automation systems
- Ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaboratively on ambiguous ones

Preferred:
- Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, custom)
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and AI/ML services
- Threat intelligence/detection/security automation (SOAR, playbooks)
- Adversarial testing/red teaming
- Interest in contributing to security policy/standards/technical guidance
- Master’s in CS/Cybersecurity/related
