Aesthetics Practice Partner / Capital & Consumable Sales - (Aesthetics Med Device) - (UT & MT))

Role: Sales Representative for Capital & Consumables in the medical aesthetics device industry, responsible for driving revenue through capital equipment sales and procedure utilization. Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, prospecting for new business, managing territory coverage, providing product demonstrations and training, and fostering strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and med spa professionals. The role also involves cross-selling, collaborating with marketing and clinical teams, and ensuring compliance with FDA and GMP standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum 2 years of medical device or aesthetic sales experience, proven success in new business development and account growth, strong presentation and negotiation skills, technical aptitude, and ability to travel up to 75%. Experience working with physicians in an FDA-regulated environment and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce are desired.
