Aesthetics Practice Partner / Capital & Consumable Sales - (Aesthetics Med Device) - (UT & MT))

Role: Sales Representative – Capital & Consumables, responsible for driving revenue growth through capital equipment sales and procedure utilization in the aesthetic/medical device industry. Responsibilities: manage territory, achieve sales quotas, develop new business, conduct product demonstrations, educate physicians, and maintain customer relationships; collaborate with marketing, clinical, and internal teams; ensure compliance with FDA and GMP standards; maintain CRM data. Requirements: minimum 2 years in medical device or aesthetic sales, technical aptitude, strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with physicians, and proficiency with CRM tools; willingness to travel up to 75%. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred. High-Value: aesthetic/medical device, capital equipment and consumables, FDA-regulated environment, physician engagement, and territory management. WorkSetup: ideally onsite in Montana/Utah with significant travel.
