Aesthetics Practice Partner / Capital & Consumable Sales - (Aesthetics Med Device) - (OK & AR)

Role: Sales Representative for Capital Equipment and Consumables in the medical aesthetics industry, responsible for driving revenue through new customer acquisition, account growth, and clinical education. Core responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, prospecting, territory management, product demonstrations, customer relationship management with physicians and Med Spa owners, and cross-promoting between capital and consumable product lines. The role also involves executing marketing initiatives, supporting workshops/tradeshows, and ensuring compliance with FDA and GxP standards. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in medical device, aesthetic, or capital equipment sales; strong negotiation, presentation, and technical aptitude; experience working with healthcare professionals in regulated environments; proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); ability to travel up to 75%. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. High-value specifics: Focus on aesthetic procedures, with products likely biologic or device-based, in a regulated environment. Role includes customer training, product education, and collaboration with clinical, marketing, and field service teams. Work setup: Field-based with significant travel, including some weekends; base salary range $90K–$120K plus bonus or incentive plans.
