Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager to join our field sales team. You will act as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across various specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio with expertise and enthusiasm. You will lead sales efforts in your territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of our value proposition.
- Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports, sales tracking, and other required documentation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets, ensuring spending aligns with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers.
- Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Ensure personal and company compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned.
- Field-based position in Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Encino, Burbank, Northridge, Granada Hills, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Bakersfield and surrounding area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β75% of the time, including regular in-person visits with customer accounts and regional meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related healthcare verticals; strong preferred.
- Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales roles with a track record of high performance.
- Ability to build and grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with initiative and adaptability.
- Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholders (physicians, office managers, staff).
Education
