Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to lead field sales efforts in the San Fernando Valley region, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties to promote Evolus aesthetics portfolio and exceed sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of our value proposition.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a reliable resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel: field-based position in Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, Encino, Burbank, Northridge, Granada Hills, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Bakersfield and surrounding areas.
  • No relocation assistance provided.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time, including regular in-person visits with customer accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related fields; strong preference for experience with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or cash-pay healthcare verticals.
  • Strong aptitude for sales, with a proven track record in consultative or relationship-based sales roles.
  • Ability to build and grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term relationships.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types.
