Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join our field sales team in Oklahoma City. You will lead sales efforts in your territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives while delivering product insights and promotional solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and additional duties as assigned
  • Field-based position in Oklahoma City and surrounding area
  • No relocation assistance provided
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy with ability to adopt new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury consumer products; national accounts or brand partnerships
  • Experience launching and scaling new products
  • Negotiating high-value contracts and building partnerships with national chains
  • Understanding of loyalty programs, subscriptions, and digital engagement
  • Data-driven decision-making using CRM analytics and market intelligence
  • Industry network in aesthetics, dermatology, or med-spa channels
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Senior AEM Qualifications

  • Above AEM criteria + minimum of 3 years field experience selling injectables in aesthetics
  • Proven sales growth and key customer relationships
  • Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics and injectable products
  • Strategic negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers
  • Ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers
