Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager β Nebraska will lead sales efforts in the Nebraska territory, promoting Evolus aesthetics portfolio, cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers, and driving toward sales objectives. This field-based role focuses on delivering product insights, strategic pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the Evolus customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales within an assigned territory through strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity
- Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports and sales tracking
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities to drive brand awareness and product adoption
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned
- Field-based position in Nebraska and surrounding area; reside in territory; no relocation assistance
- Up to 50β75% travel, including regular visits with customer accounts, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driverβs license
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with ability to embrace new applications
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics field
- Strong aptitude for sales with track record in consultative or relationship-based roles
- Ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Comfort with clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholders
Education
