Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager – Iowa. Lead sales efforts in the Iowa territory for Evolus, promoting the aesthetics portfolio, cultivating customer relationships, and exceeding sales objectives. Act as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties, delivering product insights and tailored promotional solutions to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity
- Complete administrative responsibilities promptly (expense reports, sales tracking, etc.)
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
- Field-based position in Iowa and surrounding area; must live in territory
- Up to 50–75% travel for in-person visits, territory coverage, meetings, and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with ability to embrace new applications
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50–75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics fields
- Strong aptitude for sales with a track record in consultative or relationship-based roles
- Ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term relationships
- Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and adaptability
- Comfort with clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholders
