Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a high-performing field sales team. You will act as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across various specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio with expertise and enthusiasm. You will lead sales efforts in your territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives. You will deliver product insights, pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to drive success and enhance the customer journey. This is a field-based role covering Allentown, Lancaster and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties when assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time, including in-person visits with customer accounts, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics fields.
  • Experience selling to medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or other cash-pay healthcare verticals.
  • Proven ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with initiative.
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types.
