      Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM)/Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join the field sales team in Detroit South. Lead sales efforts in the territory, promote the Evolus aesthetics portfolio, and drive opportunities while delivering product insights and tailored promotional solutions. Field-based role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager; focus on cultivating relationships and exceeding sales objectives.
Responsibilities
  - Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
- Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the value proposition
- Complete administrative responsibilities promptly (expense reports, sales tracking, documentation)
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster long-term relationships
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
- Collaborate with customers to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities
- Ensure personal and company compliance with all policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned
- Field-based position in Detroit South and surrounding area; no relocation assistance
Qualifications
  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Valid driverβs license
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy with ability to embrace new applications
- Travel up to 50β75% of the time for visits, territory coverage, meetings, and events
Preferred
  - MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury consumer products; national accounts or brand partnerships
- Experience launching and scaling new products in competitive markets
- Negotiation experience with national retail or healthcare chains
- Understanding of loyalty programs, subscriptions, and digital engagement
- Data-driven decision-making using CRM analytics and performance metrics
- Established industry network in aesthetics, dermatology, or med-spa channels
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives integrating sales, marketing, and operations
Senior AEM Qualifications (external Candidates)
  - Above AEM criteria plus minimum of 3 years of field experience selling injectables in the aesthetics space
- Proven success in driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships
- Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers
- Ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers as needed
