Role Summary
Aesthetic Experience Manager to join our field sales team, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio and acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties. This is a field-based role in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities for brand awareness and product adoption.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc project requests as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β75% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to build/grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term relationships.
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and with multiple stakeholder types.
