Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a high-performing field sales team, acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties and promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager and leads sales efforts in the territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports, sales tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned.
  • Field-based position in Charlotte, Ballantyne, Mint Hill, Fayetteville, Fort Mill, Rock Hill and surrounding area.
  • No relocation assistance provided.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time, including in-person visits, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related fields; strong preference for experience with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or cash-pay healthcare.
  • Proven ability to build and grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with initiative and adaptability.
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types (physicians, office managers, staff).
