Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager to lead field sales in the Santa Monica region, driving product sales, delivering insights, and enhancing the Evolus customer journey while collaborating with customers across specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities, including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities for brand awareness and product adoption
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties
  • Field-based position in Santa Monica and surrounding area; live in territory, no relocation assistance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy with aptitude for new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical spa/dermatology markets
  • Ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term relationships
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and engaging multiple stakeholder types
