Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join a high-performing field sales team in Oklahoma City. The role involves serving as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio, leading sales efforts in the territory, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives. You will deliver product insights, pricing strategies, and tailored promotional solutions to enhance the Evolus customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotions, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities to drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Ensure personal and company compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned
  • Field-based position in Oklahoma City and surrounding area; no relocation assistance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Technically savvy with the ability to adopt new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the aesthetics market or related fields preferred
  • Open to candidates with less experience if they demonstrate strong aptitude and performance in consultative sales
