Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager β€šΓ„Γ¬ LA Metro. Lead sales efforts in the assigned territory, cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers, delivering product insights and tailored promotional solutions to exceed sales objectives. This field-based role covers LA Metro and surrounding areas with travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75%.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within the territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly (expense reports, sales tracking, documentation)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in alignment with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
  • Field-based position in LA Metro; must live in territory; no relocation assistance
  • Travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% for in-person visits, territory coverage, regional meetings, and occasional national events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy with ability to adopt new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75%

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related fields; strong preference
  • Proven ability to build and grow a territory and manage long-term relationships
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with initiative
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types
