Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager β€šΓ„Γ¬ Fort Lauderdale is a field-based sales role within Evolus, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The position requires acting as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers, promoting Evolus aesthetics portfolio, and leading territory sales efforts to meet or exceed objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Drive direct sales of aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the value proposition.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities promptly, including expense reports and sales tracking.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time for in-person visits, territory coverage, meetings, and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics sales.
  • Strong aptitude for sales with a track record of high performance in consultative or relationship-based roles.
  • Proven ability to build/grow a territory and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and adaptability.
  • Comfort with clinical education, promotional activities, and engaging multiple stakeholder types (physicians, office managers, staff).

Education

  • As applicable: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
