Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager to join our field sales team. You will act as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across various specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio with expertise and enthusiasm. You will lead sales efforts in your territory, cultivating relationships, identifying new opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives. This is a field-based role in Detroit South and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster strong, long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities that drive brand awareness and product adoption
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Technically savvy with the ability to embrace new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury consumer products; national accounts or brand partnerships
  • Experience launching and scaling new products
  • Negotiation experience with national retail or healthcare chains
  • Understanding of loyalty programs, subscriptions, and digital engagement
  • Data-driven decision-making using CRM analytics and performance metrics
  • Industry network in aesthetics, dermatology, or med-spa channels
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives blending sales, marketing, and operations

Senior AEM Qualifications

  • Above AEM criteria
  • Minimum of 3 years of field experience selling injectables in the aesthetics space
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and developing key customer relationships
  • Deep knowledge of facial aesthetics, injectable products, and competitive dynamics
  • Strategic and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers
  • Ability to lead within a territory and mentor peers as needed
