Role Summary

Aesthetic Experience Manager β€šΓ„Γ¬ Albany. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager. You will act as a strategic partner to current and prospective customers across various specialties, promoting the Evolus aesthetics portfolio, lead sales efforts in your territory, cultivate relationships, identify opportunities, and exceed sales objectives. You will deliver product insights, pricing, and tailored promotional solutions to drive success and enhance the Evolus customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Drive direct sales of our aesthetic products within an assigned territory through sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events
  • Represent the Evolus brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including expense reports and sales tracking
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customer accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines
  • Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with customers to plan and execute promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc project requests and other duties as assigned
  • Field-based position in Albany, NY and surrounding area; must live in territory
  • Up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% travel for visits, territory coverage, regional meetings, and events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Technically savvy with ability to use new applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50β€šΓ„Γ¬75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in injectable aesthetics or related medical aesthetics sales
  • Ability to build and grow a territory, drive new business, and manage long-term relationships
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and adaptability
  • Comfort with clinical education and engaging multiple stakeholder types
