Advanced Process Analytics Co-op

Role: Advanced Process Analytics Co-op within Johnson & Johnson's MSAT PSMD team, focusing on developing and deploying spectroscopy-based modeling and analytics for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities: create and maintain data processing libraries, implement chemometric and machine learning models for bioreactor parameters, develop workflows, produce technical documentation, and ensure software best practices. Qualifications: enrolled in a PhD program in Chemical, Biochemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, or data-related fields; strong Python skills; experience with multivariate analysis, software engineering (Git, testing); effective communicator. Preferred: familiarity with PAT techniques like Raman spectroscopy, bioprocess development, CI/CD workflows, and large dataset management. High-Value: focus on pharmaceutical bioprocessing, spectroscopy, chemometrics, machine learning, and digital technologies in manufacturing; supporting data-driven decision making across product lifecycle.
