Role Overview
- Design the end-to-end service experience for an enterprise capability enabling teams to publish, discover, and consume standardized data context through self-service (including support for agentic AI via governed, interpretable context).

Key Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end service experience.
- Map user journeys across publishers, consumers, administrators, and governance stakeholders.
- Create service blueprints connecting front-stage interactions to back-stage processes, systems, and support models.
- Define workflows for: publishing context, discovering context, requesting access, validating context quality, managing versions/updates.
- Partner with product, engineering, data, governance, and security teams to ensure usability, scalability, and operational soundness.
- Identify pain points/service gaps; simplify adoption.
- Design patterns for both human and AI-enabled workflows.
- Contribute to standards for self-service, discoverability, consistency, and trust.
- Prototype/test service flows; define service metrics (task completion, adoption, support load, time-to-onboard).
- Ensure designs are production-feasible and well documented.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in service design/experience design/design strategy.
- Experience designing complex enterprise services/platforms/self-service.
- Strong journey mapping, service blueprinting, and operational process design.
- Strong UI prototyping with Figma (or similar).
- Comfort working with technical teams (data platforms/APIs/workflows/infrastructure).
- Familiarity with data context/metadata/ontology/semantic concepts.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Strong facilitation/communication/stakeholder skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data/AI/knowledge platforms.
- Familiarity with ontologies/knowledge graphs and related tech (OWL, RDF, OWL/RDF, MCP, A2A).
- Governance-heavy/regulated environment experience.
- Usability research and design systems experience; operational service design.
