Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison and provide administrative support to GRA leaders and team members.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and departmental meetings.
- Perform routine administrative duties (e.g., schedule staff appointments, screen/sort emails, send emails on LT members’ behalf, generate documents, book travel, prepare expense reports).
- Coordinate and maintain calendars/schedules and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
- Prepare presentations (create supporting text and graphics using Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Record meeting notes and prepare meeting summaries.
- Handle confidential, time-sensitive information (including budgets and headcount).
- Support onboarding/offboarding for colleagues/contractors; maintain organizational charts; support recruitment activities.
- Manage IT requests for team members.
- Support other GRA administrative personnel to provide pooled services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years administrative experience (3–4 years preferred); combination of education/experience considered.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) required.
- Advanced administrative skills; excellent written/verbal communication; strong interpersonal and time management skills; strong computer skills; work ethic and consensus gathering.
- Ability to read/interpret business documents; write routine reports and correspondence.
- Basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
- Work setting: desk/table; intermittent sitting/standing/walking/stooping; light lifting; periodic travel possible.
- 3 days per week in Washington, DC office.
- English proficiency required.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $37,000–$73,000.
