AD, Neuromuscular Field Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product & disease training strategy and execution for Spinal Muscular Atrophy in Customer Engagement.
- Partner with Customer Engagement, Marketing, Operations, Patient Services, and other stakeholders to capture insights and integrate them into training and curricula.
- Collaborate with CE Skills Training to refine new-hire and ongoing training.
- Provide strategic input as part of product functional leadership.
- Design and evolve training curricula with internal partners and external vendors.
- Perform ongoing needs assessments using customer feedback and field insights.
- Ensure training materials meet compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements and internal approvals.
- Develop and deliver national/district meeting content with brand teams.
- Define and track metrics/KPIs using pre- and post-training insights.
- Partner with CE Operations to ensure associates complete required certifications and stay current.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 6+ years sales training experience designing/delivering learning.
- 2+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar industries) with large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled/innovative instructional design.
- Brand strategy execution knowledge; clinical/therapeutic knowledge.
- Sales acumen; ability to link training to performance.
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and influencing.
- Collaborative leadership; can influence without authority.
Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced degree.
- Experience supporting launch readiness/major business moments.

- Salary range: $152,600β$283,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity.
