AD, Medical Communication & Publications

Role: Associate Director of Medical Communications and Publications within Medical Affairs, responsible for developing and executing strategic publication plans, managing scientific content, and ensuring compliance with publication standards in the biopharma context. Responsibilities: oversee manuscript and abstract development, manage external agencies, collaborate with biostatistics for data generation, contribute to medical communication strategies for congresses, and develop therapeutic area expertise, particularly in hematology/oncology (Breast Cancer preferred). Requirements: 5+ years in medical publications/communications at pharma or agency, advanced scientific degree (Masters/PhD preferred), hematology/oncology experience, familiarity with publication guidelines (GPP2022, ICMJE, CONSORT), and strong project management skills. Preferred: CMPP certification, experience in strategic publication planning, and proficiency in MS Office.
