Role Summary
Acct Spec, Immunology - Philadelphia North. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, providing scientific knowledge and business insights, delivering educational programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and office managers.
- Deliver educational programs and in-service training to customers.
- Understand the reimbursement and distribution landscape, connecting customers with appropriate resources.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical, and Market Access, to achieve shared goals.
- Manage resources effectively and ensure compliance with company guidelines and values.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Required: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel up to 30%.
- Required: Willingness to drive or operate a vehicle as part of the role.
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or medical device experience for Specialty Account Specialist (Grade 8).
- Required: Minimum of 12 years of pharmaceutical or medical device experience for Senior Specialty Account Specialist (Grade 7).
- Preferred: Experience with specialty products utilizing Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution models.
- Preferred: Expertise in working with Payer Reimbursement Managers.
- Preferred: Sales experience in biologics, rare diseases, respiratory, or immunology.
- Preferred: Previous product launch experience.
