Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist I within Labcorp's Revenue Cycle Management team, focusing on processing high volumes of out-of-balance adjustments, refunds, cash posting, and account research. Responsibilities include maintaining department standards, supporting inventory reports, and ensuring aged receivables are managed per SOPs, all performed with general supervision. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in insurance, claims, billing, or accounts receivable; strong communication skills; intermediate Excel abilities. Preferred: prior Labcorp Revenue Cycle Management experience. Work setup: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST; flexible hours post-training; the role is largely remote with potential for ongoing flexibility.
