Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist within Rakuten Rewards' Finance team, responsible for managing a portfolio of customer, advertiser, and agency accounts to ensure timely collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. Core responsibilities include end-to-end collections activities, analyzing receivables data, generating reports, reconciling accounts, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, with additional certifications like CPA or CFA viewed favorably.
