Accounts Payable Specialist

Role: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist supporting Amylyx's finance operations. Responsibilities: process and audit invoices/credits in NetSuite, reconcile vendor statements, manage AP and Concur mailboxes, ensure compliance with policies, support system testing and process improvements, and handle vendor inquiries. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 1-3 years AP experience; proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), expense reporting, data entry, and MS Office; strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
