Accounting Operations Analyst

Role: Accounting Operations Analyst supporting Roivant's financial workflows and process improvements within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: optimize accounting workflows, SOPs, and system enhancements; collaborate cross-functionally to automate manual tasks; monitor process performance; support SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit responses; provide operational support across the Accounting Operations team; assist with reporting and ad hoc analysis. Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; strong problem-solving and process-orientation skills; detail-oriented; ERP experience (NetSuite preferred); familiarity with financial systems like Coupa and Concur a plus; experience supporting month-end close and SOX environments preferred; pharmaceutical experience with clinical trials advantageous.
