Accounting Manager, SEC Reporting

Role: Accounting Manager, SEC Reporting, responsible for external financial reporting, SEC filings, and supporting the month-end/quarter-end close process. Responsibilities: prepare and coordinate Sections 10-K/10-Q, consolidate financial statements, footnotes, and schedules; assist in earnings releases, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain disclosure checklists and control documentation; partner with auditors and stakeholders; support process improvements and special projects.
