Accounting Manager

Role: Accounting Manager overseeing R&D and manufacturing expense accruals, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX. Responsibilities: review clinical trial agreements, CRO/vendor contracts, and budgets; prepare quarterly accruals based on operational data; analyze study, vendor, and site-level variances; manage accounting for manufacturing activities, including CMOs and supply chain expenditures; support external audits and internal controls; drive process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred; 5+ years in accounting/finance with experience in clinical trial accruals; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, ERP systems, and clinical accrual tools; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
