Responsibilities:
- Maximize opportunities for the product portfolio in a single-layer geography by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with hospitals, IDNs, academic institutions, outpatient accounts, long-term care facilities, government accounts, and specialty private practice.
- Advance customers along the sales continuum to gain prescriber commitments using effective questioning, active listening, and approved data/resources; deliver on-label presentations/sales calls to create awareness and address therapeutic gaps.
- Differentiate the Anti-Infective portfolio value proposition at all account levels (C-suite, physicians, hospital staff, support personnel).
- Problem-solve product and patient flow through specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, and buy-and-bill channels; coordinate stakeholders across departments to align on patient-focused solutions.
- Build relationships for market intelligence and compliant, innovative programs; source and utilize account data to maintain account profiles/relationship maps and target key decision makers.
- Create, execute, and monitor strategic geography business plans; determine channel/HCP focus and resource alignment; adjust tactics as needed.
- Attend and participate in local boards/societies/conventions/HCP meetings as appropriate; represent assigned products and share on-label information internally.
- Complete required training and adhere to all policies and OEC/legal procedures, including HCIR credentialing (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization proof).
- Collaborate cross-functionally (including National Director of Accounts/Key Account Directors and Medical Science Liaisons) to develop account processes and compliant communication strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; or equivalent experience required (typically 5+ years with 3+ years in pharma/health/science); high school diploma/GED required.
- Account-based selling experience (hospitals/infusion centers) and hospital advocacy experience; ability to navigate matrix environments and complex customers (e.g., IDNs, academic institutions).
- Knowledge of formulary approval process; driving formulary approvals; Buy and Bill and specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
- Proven strong sales performance; advanced sales skills; ability to communicate complex products/process simply; effective teamwork.
- Strong business acumen, planning/organization, presentation/facilitation, problem resolution, and ability to prioritize/multitask; ability to fully cover assigned geography.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements; ability to travel and attend overnight training/meetings.
- Ability to drive personal/company vehicle or powered material handling equipment.
- Must satisfy all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities in assigned territory and maintain good standing/eligibility.
