Responsibilities:
- Maximize opportunities for the Anti-Infective portfolio in a single geography by building strategic relationships with hospitals, IDNs, academic institutions, outpatient accounts, long-term care, government accounts, and specialty private practice.
- Advance customers along the sales continuum by delivering on-label presentations and leveraging approved data/resources to drive prescriber commitments and sales goal achievement.
- Differentiate the portfolio value proposition at all account levels.
- Problem-solve product and patient flow through specialty pharmacy, specialty distribution, and Buy & Bill; coordinate key stakeholders across departments.
- Build account profiles/relationship maps using key account data; target decision makers to expand physician usage and customer base.
- Create and execute strategic geography business plans; align HCP/channel/department focus and resources.
- Attend relevant HCP meetings and represent AbbVie/products; ensure communications are on-label.
- Complete required training; maintain adherence to policies and OEC/Legal procedures; meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facility access.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred (or equivalent experience: 5+ years pharma/health/science; 3+ years preferred); high school diploma/GED required.
- Account-based selling experience in hospitals/infusion centers; formulary approval knowledge; experience with Buy & Bill and specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Proven sales performance; strong presentation/facilitation and problem-resolution skills; ability to analyze data and drive account strategies.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel and fully cover assigned geography; may require HCIR credentialing.
